Leeman Co. was established in 1988 by Gary Leeman, who believed that quality craftsmanship and dependable service could set a new standard for fabrication partners.
In the early years, the company focused on custom millwork and architectural woodworking, quickly building strong relationships with regional retailers who valued detail-oriented work and consistent delivery.
As demand increased, so did the company’s capabilities. The success of these early partnerships laid the groundwork for what would become a nationwide operation serving some of the largest retailers in the United States.

Growing to Meet National Demand
By the mid-1990s, Leeman Co. had earned major contracts with Home Depot and Circuit City, two rapidly expanding national retailers. These partnerships required high-volume production, exacting standards, and fast rollout schedules—challenges the team met head-on.
To support its growing workload, the company invested heavily in new technology and expanded into a 157,000 sq. ft. automated manufacturing facility in 1997.
This strategic move positioned Leeman Co. as a high-capacity production partner capable of delivering multi-location rollouts with speed and consistency.
